It was worth its 4 stars. The bed was comfy, staff were helpful, the location was magnificent. Booked twin room with a private safe, a mini-bar and a study table.

Free WiFi was working perfectly. The bed was comfortable, and there where a safe, an iron and an electronic key card too. Best base for exploring London.
The street was noisy.
